Perhaps it is needless to explain that calls through the Internet are cheaper than those made by mobile phone. Once you could make video calls only by using a computer, as there was no video telephony in IP-telephony market. And this is changing.

Asus Company will soon release a AiGuru SV1 phone, designed to work with Skype. You can use the phone without connecting it to a computer. All that is necessary is the access to the Internet.
In this case you can use standard 802.11, Wi-Fi or ordinary Ethernet. The battery will last until 20 minutes of video without connecting to a power source.
The gadget will go on sale in October. Its approximate price will be $299.
